RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

We carefully pack your order to specification and make every effort to ensure that your order is free of errors and defects. Drop ship and open stock orders are inspected prior to packaging and shipment (excluding case packs which are sealed and quality-controlled by manufacturer). We strongly suggest that you open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you feel you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately by going to Return Request (RMA) to request authorization for a return. A FootwearUS representative will follow up on your return request with an email or phone call within 1 to 2 business days. 

 

Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

 

Merchandise cannot be returned without Return Request (RMA) approval. After we receive your return request, a FootwearUS representative will contact you for further details. Please be reminded that all product(s) must be in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition.  Special orders purchased direct from factory and all sale and clearance items are considered final and cannot be returned nor be refunded. Buyer may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees, depending on final review by our company representative.

 

Drop Ship Returns (via FazPaz): 

 

The customer will need to contact the reseller first to request a return. The reseller can then request a Return Request (RMA) number through the retail website, FazPaz, where the item was originally purchased. If the return request is within 30 days of customer delivery date, the return will be approved and the customer can mail back the merchandise directly to FazPaz, noting the RMA number on the address. Return label postage is not provided by FazPaz. If the return passes inspection (returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in saleable condition), a refund will be issued to the reseller's FazPaz account for the dropship price of the merchandise minus the restocking fee of $5.95 per item. If the return fails inspection, an email will be sent to the reseller stating that the item did not meet return guidelines and that if the customer would like the item returned to them, notification of request must be received by email within 3 business days as well as prepaid postage for return shipping, otherwise, item will be disposed of after 7 business days.  

Please Note: Returns and Exchanges Policy found on FazPaz.com do not apply to drop ship orders. Please refer to "Drop Ship Returns" found on this policy page for drop ship orders placed on FazPaz.com. Exchanges for another color/size or style is not offered for drop ship orders.

 

 FootwearUS Warranty does cover the following:

Stitching

All hardware – eyelets, hooks, buckles and ornaments

Quality of leather, fabric or other upper materials, including inconsistencies in quality resulting in premature wear patterns

Attachment of soles to upper and of components of soles to one another

Durability of outsole – will not deteriorate, crack, or split under normal wearing conditions

 

 FootwearUS Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage due to intentional misuse

Stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents

Leather not properly treated to keep from drying out, and any damage incurred to shoe materials from washing machines or do-it-yourself cleaning and repairs

Separation of soles or sole components due to being caught, hooked, snagged or cut

Normal wear on soles or heels

Fit issues that arise after the shoes have been used (Poor fit should be resolved before shoes are worn for use)
